Benefits are improved efficiency in the selection process, match of key skills for specific work requirements, fast verification of certificates and all relevant personnel data. Further the software enhances contact network with personnel for rapid mobilization as well as important functions such as a simple task of sending a happy birthday wish or a thank you note for a well done job.

The system is first implemented in Poland with target for Norwegian yards, rig repairs and industry projects. Later it will be implemented throughout the organization.
